Build and modernize the applications your business depends on.

Business applications carry the detail of how work gets done. We build usable software and dependable integrations around that reality, with clear release boundaries, tested behavior and a handover that supports continued ownership.

Discuss this capability

When this
work matters.

  • 01

People copy the same information between systems and reconcile mismatches by hand.

  • 02

A useful internal application cannot support a new workflow without fragile changes.

  • 03

Your product or platform team needs engineering support for a defined capability or release.

  • 04

An off-the-shelf system meets the core need but leaves a gap in user experience or integration.

Make the work tangible.

Scope is agreed around your business priorities, existing systems and delivery constraints.

What we can help with

  • Custom enterprise applications and operational portals
  • Incremental application modernization
  • API development and system integrations
  • CRM and ERP extensions
  • B2B product engineering
  • Enterprise UX and accessible interfaces
THE HANDOVER

What you leave with

  • Working software delivered against agreed user journeys and acceptance criteria.
  • Documented APIs and tested integrations, including failure and duplicate-handling behavior.
  • A repeatable build and release path appropriate to the application.
  • Release notes, known limitations and operating documentation.
  • Source code and an agreed technical handover to the people responsible for ongoing operation.

A clear sequence.
A shared view of progress.

  1. 01

    Understand the workflow

Walk through the real task with users and system owners. Agree the first valuable release, data ownership, access needs and dependencies.

  2. 02

    Design the boundaries

Define the experience, application responsibilities and integration contracts. Make acceptance criteria and exceptional paths visible before they become expensive to change.

  3. 03

    Build and verify in increments

Demonstrate working software, test agreed journeys and inspect integration behavior. Review scope and technical decisions as evidence develops.

  4. 04

    Release and transfer ownership

Prepare migration or rollout steps, release checks and recovery options. Complete the agreed handover and decide the scope of any continuing improvement.

Useful questions.
Straight answers.

Can you work within an existing application?

Yes, subject to an assessment of its condition, access and constraints. We prefer a clear boundary for the change and will explain when a dependency makes that boundary impractical.

Will we need to replace our ERP or CRM?

Not necessarily. An extension, integration or focused portal may address the problem. We evaluate the available interfaces, licensing constraints and ownership model before proposing the approach.

How are changes to scope handled?

We make the effect on delivery, dependencies and acceptance visible, then agree whether to adjust the current increment or place the change in a later one. The engagement agreement defines the commercial process.

What happens after launch?

Operate & Improve can continue the engagement across application, integration and platform needs. Support scope, coverage, escalation paths and responsibilities are agreed for that engagement.
